4. The Trademark Daily XML Process will begin a test environment on September 30, 2002. The Trademark Weekly Text File (TWTF) will continue to be available each Tuesday. Appropriate Data File Delivery (DFD) FTP access will be provided for both the daily and weekly files.

5. The Trademark Daily XML Process will begin production January 1, 2003. The Trademark Weekly Text File (TWTF) will continue to be available each Tuesday through the end of March 2003.
