Please find attached a draft Trademark Weekly Text File DTD TWTF-V1_0-2001-08-28.DTD (zipped) and documentation TWTF_ElementTable.doc (zipped). They are being released as part of the Trademark weekly data file migrating to XML in early 2002.

As stated in the USPTO Information Products Division announcement on June 13, 2001, this DTD is being released for a 2 month customer review with feedback by November 1st, 2001. The USPTO will then evaluate and respond to the feedback, and finalize the DTD by mid-December 2001. Once the DTD is finalized, the USPTO Products division will begin a parallel run of the Weekly file with data in both the original non-XML, and new XML formats, lasting from 3 to 6 months.
