bidding systems for individual lease sales
 and the 5-year program.

Structures and updates procedures
to ensure receipt of fair market value.

Develops and maintains economic
models/databases in support of sale design,
resource evaluation, post-sale and
operational activities.
 
bullet

Reviews appeals of rejected bids.
