Expendable Launch Vehicle Safety Review and Approval
The purpose of the safety review is to determine whether you can safely conduct your proposed operation. Because you are responsible for public safety, it is important that you demonstrate an understanding of the hazards involved and discuss how the operations will be performed safely.
You may submit data related to the policy, safety, and payload review together as a single package or separately.
Procedures for completing the Safety Review are described in 14 CFR Part 415.31-Part 415.43.
