Mark Abramovitz The Analytical Control Facility (ACF) provides high quality analytical chemistry services to the Fish and Wildlife Service and other Department of the Interior (DOI) Bureaus. Our offices and chemistrys lab are currently located at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
