The clinic operates just like a local doctor's office where patients are seen by scheduled appointment.  The clinic is not an emergency center.  To enroll call the clinic to schedule an interview and begin your care.

From the I-10, take Vineyard Ave exit (North) go approximately 2.2 miles to Arrow Highway. Turn left (West) on Arrow Highway (1.3 miles to clinic). Clinic will be on the left hand side.
