The Central Oregon Interagency Dispatch Center (COIDC) was established on March 1, 1996, to provide initial attack dispatching and logistical support for emergency management on the Prineville District of the Bureau of Land Management, Deschutes and Ochoco National Forests and Prineville/Sisters Units of the Central Oregon District of the Oregon Department of Forestry.
