IS-701 Multiagency Coordination Systems

To receive a “certificate of completion”, students must answer all the questions on the final exam, submit an answer sheet to EMI’s Independent Study Office and score 75% on the test. There are two ways to take the final exam.

To administer the final exam in the classroom, the facilitator should:

Contact the EMI Independent Study office at 301-447-1200 or go to Opscan Form Request page to request copies of the Blank FEMA OpScan Answer Form 95-9.

Download the final exam questions for http://training.fema.gov/emiweb/downloads/IS701Final.pdf
Make sufficient copies of the final exam for the class.
Mail the completed FEMA OpScan Answer Forms (95-9) to:

To successfully deliver this course you should:

Have training and experience in adult learning
Take and pass the web-based version of this course
Have ICS or EOC training and experience
Coordinate this training with your local emergency manager
