Funding Opportunities

Bullet The DoD STTR 2008 solicitation will be pre-released on the web January 22, 2008.  The solicitation officially opens on February 19, 2008 and closes on March 19, 2008 at 6:00 a.m. EST.

Bullet The DoD SBIR 2008.2 solicitation will be pre-released on the web April 21, 2008.  The solicitation officially opens on May 19, 2008. The solicitation closes on June 18, 2008 at 6:00 a.m. EST.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) actively supports a number of special assistance programs that have been established to ensure equality in Federal procurements. These include the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program. These are managed by the Small Business Support Center within the Contracts Management Office (CMO) at DARPA.  Below are links to the latest solicitations and opportunities.  All firms are encouraged to become familiar with, and take advantage of, any of the special assistance programs for which they qualify.

PLEASE NOTE:  SBIR participants should be aware of the requirement to register in the CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) database prior to contract award.  To avoid potential delay in contract award, companies are strongly encouraged to register prior to submitting a proposal.  You may obtain information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or by visiting the CCR website.
