This presentation was presented by Richard K. Eisner, FAIA, of the Fritz Institute during the 2007 National HAZUS Users Conference. The first annual HAZUS Users Conference was held concurrently with the ESRI International User Conference in San Diego, CA. Mr. Eisner is the retired California Office of Emergency Services (OES) Region Administrator. Mr. Eisner uses his knowledge of HAZUS and the California earthquake program to detail response efforts using the HAZUS Earthquake Model with real-time information technologies to provide decision making support following an earthquake in this presentation.
