How does Ryan White HIV/AIDS program assessment affect SAC project plan
  Question
Our health center’s OPR visit is scheduled for this summer and will include an assessment of our Ryan White Title III HIV/AIDS program. Our application is due September 24. Should the issues or new measures identified as a result of that site visit be reflected in our project plan?
  Answer
If findings from your upcoming OPR site visit are received within a reasonable time frame of your health center’s application deadline, please incorporate any new measures and corrective actions into the FY 2008 SAC application’s project plan, healthcare plan and business plan. If the final report is received after the application deadline, the health center will be held accountable for incorporating new measures and/or corrective actions into subsequent budget period renewal submissions pending approval.
