How do I comment on NEPA documents?

Each Environmental Impact Statement must provide opportunities for public involvement. DOE publishes a list of public participation opportunities for EISs. The notices in this list identify the comment periods for the documents and the address to which comments should be sent.

How do I learn more about NEPA?

The President's Council on Environmental Quality issues regulations and guidance for implementing NEPA. Information is available from the CEQ.

DOE also provides a number of online NEPA resources that are specific to DOE's implementation to NEPA.
