First, tax the mega (largely fundmental and Christian) churches who make over a certain amount, and/or are politically active in the US. The take half of that to pour into Public Schools...GOOD ones for all American children! Thent ake a quarter of the rest for PreSchools a1/8th for their pool into Religious Charter Schools who are currently only out there for the sake of conversion.
Lastly, take the last 1/8th and fold it into the billions that are collected every year from Americans currently being used in this ILLEGAL Faith Based Initiative Unmonitored Program for the purpose of Universal Healthcare.
