National Fire Plan Awards Ceremony
Albuquerque, NM (February 15, 2005)-- The National
Fire Plan Awards Ceremony will be held tonight, February 15 at
the Albuquerque Convention Center, showcasing accomplishments
in seven categories including Biomass Utilization, Collaboration,
Community Assistance, Excellence in Firefighter Preparedness,
Training & Safety, Hazardous Fuels Reduction, Rehabilitation & Restoration
and Research. Opportunities to interview dignitaries begin at
5:30pm.

Dignitaries from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and
the U.S. Department of the Interior will be on hand to present
the awards to the selected groups and individuals.
