The following products were approved or certified during March 2006, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.

The following products were approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

The following products were approved or certified as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR.

4. 5000029474 Enclosure Assembly. Certification No. 18-XPA060007-0, issued to Joy Mining Machinery, 120 Liberty Street, Franklin, Pennsylvania 16323, March 6, 2006.

The following products were accepted as having met the flame requirements of Part 18, Title 30 CFR, and as having met the Flame Resistant Solid Products Taken Into Mines.

The following product was approved as having met Part 22, Title 30 CFR.

1. Model Observer Multi-Gas Detection Instrument. Approval No. 22-A060001-0, issued to Schauenburg Flexadux (PTY) Ltd., 24/26 Spartan Road, Aeroport Ext. 21, P.O. Box 145, Isando 1600, South Africa, March 14, 2006.

The following product was accepted as having met the requirements of the voluntary "Standard Application Procedure for Sealants Applied to Underground Ventilation Controls."
