The following products were approved or certified during December 2004, and have been added to the Mine Safety and Health Administration's list of permissible equipment.

The following products were approved as having met Part 7, Title 30 CFR.

1. Type MD267-29 Brattice Cloth. Approval No. 07-BA040008-0, issued to Vintex, Inc., No. 1 Mount Forest Drive, Mount Forest, Ontario CANADA N0G2L0, December 8, 2004.

2. Type MD267-35 Brattice Cloth. Approval No. 07-BA040009-0, issued to Vintex, Inc., No. 1 Mount Forest Drive, Mount Forest, Ontario CANADA N0G2L0, December 8, 2004.

3. Type 64-100-21 Battery Assembly. Approval No. 07-CA040004-0, issued to Crown Battery Manufacturing Company, 1034 Executive Drive, Gibsonia, Pennsylvania 15044, December 15, 2004.

The following products were approved as having met Part 18, Title 30 CFR. 1. The following approvals issued to Fenner/Dunlop Conveyor Belting, Erie Industrial Park, Building 320, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452, December 14, 2004:
