• Proposed Sale of Forest Service Facilities - With recent granted authority, the Forest Service can sell certain facilities and retain the revenues to reduce the large backlog of maintenance needs on other GMUG NF administrative sites.
• Coon Creek Administrative Site - Plan to sell the 160-acre administrative site located astride State Highway 65, about 1.5 miles north of Powderhorn Ski Resort, on the north side of the Grand Mesa.

The decision on whether to sell the Coon Creek administrative site was made on May 9, 2008. Following is the decision notice and the news release announcing that decision.
