flag An Old Fashioned 4th of July
Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration: Visitors will enjoy dramatic presentations and patriotic music. Living history presenters will be on the Herbert Hoover National Historic Site from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The 4th of July concert and dramatic presentations are free; however, regular admissions fees will be in effect if you wish to see the exhibits.

Celebrate Independence Day weekend at the Truman Library. Weekend events held in conjunction with the temporary exhibition "Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War." Festivities include reduced admission on Friday, July 4 (you show us your Lincoln, we'll show you ours!), and on July 5, "Make & Take" crafts led by authentic re-enactors from Missouri Town. 2 p.m. Sunday, July 6, the Huntington Beach Concert Band

Celebrate our Nation's 232nd birthday with music, family entertainment, presidential look a-likes, face painting, storytelling and children's games. Enjoy all-American food while listening to a rousing patriotic concert by the Los Angeles Police Department Concert Band. All 4th of July activities are free, however, regular admission rates apply for those visitors who also visit the Museum exhibits.

For the eighth year, the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum and Texas A&M University will host the Lions Club International's annual 4th of July Celebration, "I Love America."Festivities include fireworks, the local symphony, and a B-52 flyover.

The family festival will include children's activities, live music, food vendors and our site will also be available to watch the annual July fireworks over the Arkansas River. The library will have free admission for the day from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
