of HEAL Refinancing Program – September 30, 2004
Lender Policy Memorandum L-2004-9
At the beginning of our 2004 fiscal year, we advised you of the pending termination of the HEAL refinancing program effective at the close of business on September 30, 2004. A similar notification was posted on the HEAL web site. This is our final notification. All refinancing loan documents must be executed and booked on your system no later than September 30, 2004 and submitted to our office by close of business October 5, 2004. Any refinanced loan submitted for claim payment that does not adhere to this deadline will be returned to you unpaid.
