Consensus Maker

This interface creates one or multiple consensus sequences that can be modified by a large number of parameters. More info

Do consensus for each block Use plurality character in all blocks to resolve ties
Remove columns containing only gaps gap character(s):
Ignore characters other than
(nucleotides) or (amino acids)
Minimum number of sequences to do a consensus
Unanimous threshold
Majority threshold
Echo alignment in output
Do consensus of consensuses
Show mixed positions as IUPAC codes; ignore nucleotides below %.
Output Format Like input Pretty Output aligned
