EMIS User's Guide
This document provides FEMA's environmental and historic preservation specialists with instructions on how to document and record the information necessary to complete an EHP project technical review in the Environmental & Historic Preservation Managment Information System (EMIS). EMIS is a web-based system used to facilitate the process of evaluating FEMA-funded projects and documenting project compliance with environmental and historic preservation laws and Executive Orders.
