The Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians located within Coos County for Public Assistance.

Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Curry, Counties Lincoln, Polk County, Tillamook, Yamhill, and Washington Counties for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal assistance.

Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Tillamook, and Yamhill Counties for Public Assistance Categories C-G.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
