Reporting to the Group Leader for High-Power Electrodynamics, the PSA 4 will authorize and execute the operational aspects of the group¿s work plan in support of group, division, and institutional objectives. The PSA 4 helps the Group Leader develop the group strategic plan and is responsible for successful execution of its operational components and respresents the group and the ISR management team to other organizations at TA-53. The PSA 4 manages all group resources (financial, people, and facility) and coordinates and oversees interactions with the FOD. The PSA 4 provides operational support for program development activities and shares responsibilities for personnel management with the Group Leader.

Summary
Provides professional business, operational, and/or programmatic support for specialized functions, programs, and/or organizations. Specific duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to: providing resource and project management; conducting research and assembling data for assigned specialized reports, presentations, and/or planning documents; planning meetings and conferences; and assisting in the analysis, design and implementation of business, operational, and/or programmatic initiatives to ensure organizational objectives.

Education
