The Contractor Assurance Office Strategy, Policy, and Analysis (CAO-SPA) team is seeking a Contract Assurance Manager 3 to oversee the day to day operations of the institutional policy and procedure process. The Policy Leader advises senior managers on policy issues and assists all Laboratory organizations with matters related to internal policy and procedures. The incumbent must have the ability to assist with the development, review, dissemination, and implementation of institutional policy and procedures to establish a clear and concise framework for opeating as a quality employer.
Advanced working knowledge of the Prime Contract and the Laboratory's Governing Policies and Procedures. Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to manage an institutional process and handle multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment. Demonstrated ability to justify, defend, negotiate, or settle matters involving significant or controversial issues.
