The Forest Service, Chugach National Forest, Seward Ranger District, has completed an Environmental Assessment for the Daves Creek Restoration Project. This project will restore approximately 2,000 feet of the Daves Creek stream channel downstream of the Tern Lake outlet, replace the existing culvert with a bridge, and rehabilitate the existing trail, and reconstruct the fish viewing platform.  Daves Creek and Tern Lake are located at the junction of the Seward and Sterling Highway.
