2008 base premium rates

1st half of 2007 base premium rates

2nd half of 2007 base premium rates due during the rate holiday

The partial Rate Holiday means that Washington employers and workers who pay premiums to L&I will pay no Medical Aid Fund premiums for work performed July 1 through December 31, 2007.

2007 rates by risk classification code and fund

Medical Aid premiums for January 1 through June 30, 2007 are paid as normal by the employer and worker.

Medical Aid premiums for July 1 through December 31, 2007 are being paid by L&I using excess funds through the partial rate holiday that will also affect the employee payroll deduction.
