Videos: War on Many Fronts: African American Veterans with PTSD

Perspectives for Veterans and Family

Run time: 34 min

This video is designed to increase awareness of the cultural aspects of PTSD for African American Veterans. PTSD does not discriminate. Millions of African Americans have served our country in the military. Each African American veteran brings his or her life experience, which may include discrimination or abuse. And this may compound PTSD. Our goal is to help African American veterans and their families better cope with PTSD.
