Claims inactive for 18+ months or Crime Victims claims are not in the Claim & Account Center.
You may transfer your access permissions from your digital certficate to a free user ID and
password. To do this follow these step:
1. Login using your existing Transact Washington account.
2. On the Claim & Account Center welcome page, click on "my Profile."
3. On the my Profile page, select "Get activation codes."
Check the status of claims.
For example:
— Has a time-loss check been mailed?
— Who is the claim manager?
— Has L&I authorized treatment or paid my bill?
— View claim file documents.
Send information to L&I.
For example:
— Send us a secure message.
— Off work or returning to work? Update work status.
— Change worker's address or phone.
— Complete the Employer's Report of Accident.
Check the status of employer accounts.
For example:
— File quarterly reports.
— What are my rates?
— What are my classifications?
— Do I have a balance on my account?
View information about retro groups.
For example:
— Download retro reports.
— What is my retro status?
Which access method is right for me?
There’s no difference for your access to the Claim & Account Center. Both access methods are secure and allow you to review all information in the Claim & Account center
to which you’re entitled. You may already have a preferred method for accessing other secure Washington State online services.
Any claim number from a claim that has had some activity within the past 18 months.

Injured worker’s authorized delegate
You may request access to a claim directly from the injured worker. You will need to complete your own registration as an Authorized Delegate and enter the Claim ID you want to
access. An email will be sent to the worker. The worker will have to log on and approve your access.
Worker’s legal representative
Your business name.
Legal group ID.
Claim number of claim for which L&I has listed you as the legal representative.
Employer
Business name.
UBI number.
L&I account ID.
PAC code from your account’s quarterly report.
Third party administrator
Your business name.
UBI number for your business.
Retro ID you represent, or Employer account ID you represent.
Retro group
