This conference will highlight performance improvement initiatives from participating Delta hospitals. Breakout sessions will feature successful RHPI hospital projects, which may include leadership development, lean process planning, customer service training, master site planning, operations assessments, and revenue cycle management. No registration fees are required, and limited free hotel accommodations may be provided to one person from Delta eligible hospitals, and representatives from state partners.
