Galaxy 19 / Zenit-3SL
Galaxy 19 is manufactured by Space Systems/Loral based in Palo Alto, California and will be owned and operated by Intelsat, the world's leading provider of fixed satellite services. Galaxy 19 is a hybrid communication satellite, with a 13-year lifetime, that will replace Galaxy 25. The satellite will carry a total of 44 transponders operating in the Ku-band and C-band. Galaxy 19 is geosynchronous, designed to operate from a 97 degree West Longitudinal orbital location. It will provide communication services to customers throughout North America and the Caribbean.
