DENVER, Colo. -- Only one week remains for people impacted by the severe storms and tornadoes that occurred in Larimer and Weld counties May 22 to register for disaster assistance.

The following deadlines are important for homeowners, renters and business owners in Larimer and Weld counties:

Friday, July 25 - FEMA Registration Deadline

Friday, July 25 is the last day to register with FEMA for Individual Assistance. Those who have already registered need not register again. Call FEMA at 1-800-621 FEMA (3362) or 1-800-462-7585 (TTY) for the hearing- and speech-impaired. Registration lines are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Registration can also be completed online at www.fema.gov.

Friday, July 25 - U.S. Small Business Administration Deadline

Mail completed SBA applications to; U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155-2243.  Additional information is available by calling SBA's Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955, emailing disastercustomerservice@sba.gov or visiting SBA's website at www.sba.gov/services/disasterassistance.  Hearing impaired individuals may contact SBA at 1-800-877 8339.  The deadline to return SBA economic injury loan applications is February 26, 2009.
