public facilities):

    The counties of Albany, Broome, Chenango, 
    Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, 
    Nassau, Orange, Putnam,  Rockland, Schenectady, 
    Schoharie, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster and 
    Westchester Counties, and New York City for 
    emergency protective measures (Category B) 
    under the Public Assistance program for a period 
    of 48 hours.

Other:

    Additional designations may be made at a later 
    date after further evaluation.
