For today and tonight:
Scattered rain and snow showers are expected over the higher
mountains this afternoon along with a few thunderstorms. Snow
showers may generate an inch or two of accumulation. Isolated
thunderstorms are possible elsewhere. Very little precipitation is
expected, but wind gusts associated with showers or thunderstorms
may gust as high as 40 mph. Drier and more stable air will move
into the state tonight.


For Wednesday through Monday:
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.


Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
