ZIP File Instructions

Click on the link and save the .ZIP file. Note where you have
saved the file.
- Open the saved file from windows explorer (Note: If winzip
is installed on your computer, it automatically runs and opens
a window listing all the files.)
- The window will show an index of the downloaded files. The
files contained in the zip files are listed with a file number
(FILENUM). The last file will be an excel file called Details.csv.
- Open the Details.csv file, which provides the FILENUM and document
description to help identify the document of interest (Note: If
you have MS Excel installed on your computer, it will automatically
open).
- Look at columns labeled docket number and document description
to identify the document of interest. (You may need to expand
the width of the columns to view the entire entry.)
- Note the corresponding FILENUM value for the document of interest.
- Return to the WinZip window and open the document desired using
the corresponding FILENUM (Note: Word, WordPerfect, or some other
word processor or text editor will automatically run on your computer.)
