Sierra Nevada Bighorn Sheep

On February 25, 2005 the Sierra Nevada Bighorn Sheep conference was held in Reno, Nevada. Experts were called together to address these questions:

• What do we know about transmission of pneumonia complex diseases based on the literature and recent field studies?
• What is your interpretation of the literature and recent studies?
• What is the risk of disease transmission to the Sierra Nevada bighorn within the context of other potential stressors such as climate, recreation, low body condition, adequacy of habitat, etcetera?
