2003 Program Information Bulletins


Draft PIB MSHA has released a draft Program Information Bulletin on Feasible Engineering and Administrative Noise Controls (30 CFR Part 62) and invites public comments. In response to a request for an extension of time, MSHA extended the public comment period. The comment period ended January 13, 2004.
