Biennial Oregon Premium Rate Ranking Study

The Oregon State Department of Consumer & Business Services studies state workers' compensation insurance base or manual premium rates across the country.

These studies provide a list of state rankings of the average base rates using a weighting of the 50 largest risk classes in Oregon that also make up almost two-thirds of the premiums and payroll.
