Right to Organize

All employees, regardless of the size, wealth, or classification of their employer should be free to organize with fellow employees in an effort to ensure fair wages, benefits, and treatment from their employer. This right to unionize should be free from any negative consequences from their employer or their employers appointees. The failure of a company is never the fault of it's employees as certain members of the Senate and the House might contend. When a company fails, it is due to mismanagement by it's executives, proving that ones worth can not be measured by the salary they receive. It's time that the individuals that truly make this Country work; the laborer, the minimum wage employee, the teacher, the cashier, the receptionist, have a Country that works for them as well.
