America's Workforce Network Toll Free Help Line is a nationwide partnership between the US Department of Labor and the states. The Toll Free Help Line provides information about available services to individuals.

Workers who need jobs, additional skills or related workforce information, and employers who need skilled workers or assistance with workforce concerns can call the Toll Free Help Line at 1-877-US2 JOBS (1-877-872-5627) and receive information about available services.

Trained Customer Service Representatives will answer most questions immediately or refer the caller to the appropriate states and localities for more information.
