February 28, 2004 - "Brown v. Board in the Mid Atlantic". Workshop for Philadelphia School District's Teaching American History grant teachers. Mid Atlantic Archives facility.

March 14 - January 2, 2004 - Brown v. Board of Education exhibit at the African-American Museum of Philadelphia . See National Archives Mid Atlantic documents on display.

March 19, 2004 - "Mining Our Community History Collections for the Story of Brown", a colloquium for regional cultural institutions. Explore the impact of Brown v. Board and Civil Rights history in the Greater Philadelphia region. Discuss what documentary evidence has been collected and what remains to be acquired. This is a collaborative program with Heritage Philadelphia Program and Temple Urban Archives.

April 22, 2004 - "Teaching the History of Brown v. Board and Civil Rights". Workshop for Philadelphia School District curriculum leaders. National Constitution Center, Annenberg Theatre.

May 6 - "Conversation with the Brown Sisters". Nationwide distance learning program via the National Constitution Center. "Real time" conversation with Cheryl Brown Henderson and Linda Brown Thompson. Raymond Brown, former Court TV Legal Analyst, will moderate program and facilitate questions from will moderate the program and facilitate questions from high school students at the various sites. Mid Atlantic education resource materials to aid the teaching of Brown v. Board will be distributed to distance learning sites.
