Reports for
Version 3.4
Below are all the prewritten reports for use with STD*MIS
version 3.4. STD*MIS includes reports written in both Clipper and EpiInfo.
STD*MIS
reports
can
be installed directly onto a local or network drive using a single file
or they can be installed onto a local or network drive using multiple diskettes.
The hard drive installation is available as a single large file download
while the diskette installation is available via download of twelve smaller
files. Note that the single file for the hard drive installation
will not fit onto a single floppy diskette. If you need to perform the
installation of STD*MIS reports on multiple machines, you may want to use
the diskette-based installation to make distribution easier. If you have
any questions regarding these installation options, contact
your STD*MIS support person. Select from the following installation
options:
Follow the steps listed below to download all STD*MIS reports and install them from a local or network drive. It is recommended that you print these instructions before continuing.
Create a directory on your target drive named STDFILES.
Download 34REPT0.ZIP into the STDFILES directory on your target drive. The directory must NOT be the same directory that holds STD*MIS.
Decompress (unzip) 34REPT0.ZIP into STDFILES directory. One of the types of files created in this step is an additional set of compressed files (.ZIP). DO NOT decompress any zip file other than 34REPT0.ZIP. These files will be automatically decompressed during the report installation process.
Run STD*MIS and choose REPORTS - INSTALL NEW REPORTS.
In the Source Drive box enter the letter of your source drive.
In the Source Directory box enter STDFILES.
The system will complete the installation of reports and ask if you have any other reports to install. Choose "No" at this time.
