The Consolidated Network Monitoring System (CNMS) monitors the Network infrastructure systems NIH-wide. CNMS provides alerts via Web, email, phone, pager, etc. It also provides statistics on infrastructure uptime, reports for utlization, etc. Developed as part of the Administrative Restructuring Advisory Committee (ARAC).
