简介
综合使用一种或多种公共卫生计划可能可以提高计划实现共同目标的能力。扩展知识,了解如何产生综合计划、综合计划如何帮助各个计划及其如何促进实现共同目标,是公共卫生调查的一个重要领域。

方法
全国乳腺和宫颈癌早期检出计划(National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, NBCCEDP)以及全国女性良好综合筛查和评估(Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for Women Across the Nation, WISEWOMAN)计划综合了来自其10个重叠州或部落计划的数据,以计算18个月重复进行乳腺X光摄影检查术的普遍程度估计值。根据女性是否参加该综合计划或只参加NBCCEDP来对数据分层。进行了逻辑回归分析,以识别以前认为是独立促进提高女性接受重复乳腺X光摄影检查术可能性的因素。
