摘要

美国国家疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)的健康护理及老龄化研究分部与其在公共健康及老年服务社区中的合作伙伴一起合作制订并验证了一套与健康相关的生活质量(CDC HRQOL)简要测评方法,用于长期跟踪成年人主观生理及心理健康状况。在过去的 12 年中,这些测评(也称为“健康日”测评)已广泛用于各种人口健康调查、监察系统、健康状况报告卡以及评估研究,它们为知情决策提供了有用的疾病和失能负担资料,并为预防研究提供了新的视角。

虽然目前测评及人口数据持续用于评估 12 岁及以上美国人与健康相关的生活质量,但是这些测评及人口数据在对老年人有影响的应用中特别有价值,因为与健康相关的生活质量对老年人而言最为重要。我们建议公共健康及社会服务专家将 CDC HRQOL 测评作为一种可行的方法,用于评估老年人主观生理及心理健康需要,并用于记录所实施的各种政策和干预的效果。
