简介
我们报告了一个评估老年人身体活动的简短电话评估工具之制定及初期验证。身体活动电话评估(Telephone Assessment of Physical Activity, TAPA)问卷是基于华盛顿大学(University of Washington)健康推广研究中心的身体活动快速评估(Rapid Assessment of Physical Activity, RAPA)这一书面问卷。

方法
我们对身体活动快速评估问卷进行了修订,使访谈者能将之用作电话访谈。我们保持了其评分水平和解读。本电话版本的试点测试评估了使用问卷的简易性以及在基于社区的老年人样本中的有效性。计算了Spearman rho和kappa统计数据,以便与身体活动快速评估问卷和老年人问卷的社区健康活动计划进行比较。

结果
三十四位老年人完成了电话评估。在TAPA和书面RAPA之间的Spearman rho是0.74,kappa统计值为0.48。

结论
试点测试显示,TAPA问卷作为评估老年人身体活动的简短电话问卷是一种有前景的工具。
