Make China abide by the Fair Trade Agreement or Impose Trade Sanctions

There are aspects of the World Fair Trade Agreement that China chooses not to adhere to.  They shouldn't get the benefits of fair trade without the costs outlined in the agreement.  Particularly, 1) they don't trade their currency openly.  If they did, the market would drive the value of their currency up, and this would make it less conducive to do business in China.  2) Environmental Protection.  Simply stated, they pollute.  They are suppose to have similar or the same restrictions as our companies.  3) Workers Compensation.  They should have to provide for disabled workers, as we do.  If they don't abide by the terms, the US and other countries should impose big tarriffs on their goods.

This would also have the added affect of making America more competitive against China's cheap labor. America would start producing more.
