Bush Cheny et al

I echo what many people have, the Bush and Cheney illegal regime has to be brough to jusice.  We cannot let all the many conspirators free to profit off their deeds and make millions in the private sector.  Otherwise others will always feel free to try and continue they terrible facsist ways.
We voted for Obama, not only for change but for JUSTICE.  Without justice what do we have?

Yes, he who steals $1000 goest to prison, he who murders 100,000s, tortures inprisons the innocents,  steals billions of tax dollars for his friends,  gets a book deal?

Why our President must support prosecution for war crimes
I can understand President elect Obama desire to look forward and not back regarding torture.  Prosecuting war crimes is looking forward Mr. President.  If you choose not to prosecute, it would do significant  damage and contribute to weakening the most important document in our country, the U.S.Constitution.

If Obama, as President, does not push for prosecution a precedent would be set by him, making the Constitution subject to the whim and interpretation of each suceeding administration.  The U.S. Constitution would be reduced to a guiding document of suggestions.
