While re-writing how the America healthcare system wil work, maybe it's time to reconsider how America deals with drug addiction.

America currently treats drug addiction solely as a crime rather than as crime rather than as a medical illness. This decision has cost our economy too much in terms of state financed prison terms and broken families.
