Calendars of the U.S. House of Representatives and History of Legislation: Search

GPO Access contains the daily issues of the House Calendar for the current session of Congress, as well as the final calendars for the previous sessions of Congress back to the 104th Congress. The current session’s databases are updated daily when Congress is in session. Each day's calendar is cumulative from the start of the current congressional session. The current Congress (111th) convened on January 6, 2009.

Note: The 105th Congress Final Calendar is presently unavailable.

[ Search Tips ]

  • To narrow a search, use the Boolean operators ADJ (adjacent), AND, OR and NOT. For example: "environmental protection agency" AND superfund.
  • To find variations on words, truncation can be used, For example: legislat* will retrieve both legislation and legislative.
