Ideas to Reduce Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders

Lift Handles

Old Way:Some frequently handled objects are very heavy and awkward to carry. Risks include loading on hands, arms, and low back and slipping or tripping due to shifting of the load.
New Way:Provide handles that can be attached to frequently handled objects. People have a larger safety margin when the load has good handles. Furthermore, the handles increase the stability, reducing the risk of slipping.
